  • Organizations need help in this area when there is no singular vision and corresponding action plan or the existing plan is outdated and not being followed.  This can happen when the goals of the leadership are not in sync; or the organization can no longer scale due to lack of a cohesive plan.  Some organizations may find themselves at a crossroads where they need to re-evaluate their services and goals due to new leadership, acquisitions, mergers, shared services or the factors that influence the marketplace.

  • I work with leadership teams to envision the future of their organization by considering both the internal and external drivers currently affecting the organization as well as those on the horizon.  Then we create or re-evaluate the anchoring components of an organization’s strategic plan, the mission, vision and core values, and a single unifying marketing message.  Next, I guide the leadership team in creating a strategic plan that includes a long-term outlook with revenue targets, related metrics and both short- and long-term goals as well as a plan to assess progress and realign strategies as needed to ensure all goals are met.

  • Organizations need help with organizational assessment when they are struggling to meet their goals, but the reason why is not clear.  This typically occurs when an organization has outgrown its current infrastructure and has not kept pace with the changes required to adapt to the evolving needs of the market, workplace and workforce.  This is a critical step that should be conducted to help elevate the adaptability, performance and effectiveness of your organization.  


  • An assessment that includes an analysis of your organization’s current structure and services is coupled with skill-based assessments for your teams.  Results will identify gaps in services, outdated processes or procedures, and workforce deficiencies that will form the basis of your roadmap to elevation, which is the recommended strategy on how to re-align both your work and workforce to address vulnerabilities and improve overall effectiveness and performance.

  • 1) Individuals who excel in their non-management role due to their technical skills or functional expertise are placed in management positions with little to no management training.  They must transition from doing their own day-to-day work where they rely on their individual expertise to leading a team.  Successful managers must be able to motivate their teams while being able to appropriately delegate and hold team members accountable for work results.  To build a high achieving team, they need to build trust with their team, which requires strong interpersonal skills such as active listening, authentic communication, which may include having difficult conversations, and conflict resolution.  This issue is common among organizations across the country. 

    2) New managers may find it difficult to build a cohesive team when the employees they supervise were previously their peers. This can be especially difficult if they do not have the interpersonal skills that will set them apart as a leader.


  • 1) Develop individualized training plans based on the results of a PTX assessment, which evaluates their thinking styles, behavioral traits, interests and motivations.  Coach individuals through the implementation of their plan to help them build and master interpersonal skills. 

    2.) Develop plans to help them transition from a peer to a leader.  This will include individual training and goals for the individual and may also include customized team and culture building activities based on DiSC personality assessments.
