With over 25 years of leadership experience in Human Resources, Operations, and Strategic Planning — most notably at California State University, Long Beach — I developed a passion for helping others elevate themselves and their organizations to reach their true potential. I also hold a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, which reflects my deep expertise in talent, organizational development and labor relations. I created my company to bring my skills to a broader audience — offering practical, customized consulting services that help organizations clarify their mission, engage their talent, and navigate change with confidence.
